ICICI Pru AMC announces Change in market maker/authorized participants
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of all Equity ETF Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Kotak Securities and HDFC Securities have been added as New Market Maker/Authorized Participant Market for all Equity ETF Schemes, while all other Market Maker/Authorized Participants remain unchanged.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
