ICICI Pru AMC announces appointment of Dealer and Key Personnel
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statements of Additional Information (‘SAIs’) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Swapnil Sharma has been appointed as a Dealer - MF Equity and key personnel of the AMC with effect from April 1, 2026. Accordingly, the following details of Sharma shall form part of the key personnel details under SAIs:
Swapnil Sharma (27 years), is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Amravati and completed the Financial Risk Management (FRM) certification from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He has over 4 years of experience. Mr. Sharma had joined the ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company in July 2021 in Compliance till January 2023 and also worked as a Dealer - AIF Equity from February 2023 to March 2026 at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company.
Ms Lavanya Swaminathan Iyer has been moved from Dealing team to Research team of the AMC with effect from April 1, 2026. Accordingly, her details would form part of Research team details under SAIs: Lavanya Swaminathan Iyer (24 years) is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She started her career with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company in October 2024 as a Dealer - MF Equity till March 2026.
Thus, Lavanya Swaminathan Iyer ceases to be the key personnel of the AMC.
