ICICI Bank moves up on reporting 16% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1414.00, up by 7.35 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 1406.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1437.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1437.00 and Rs. 1410.85 respectively. So far 314816 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1437.00 on 21-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1048.35 on 19-Apr-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1437.00 and Rs. 1336.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1008021.34 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 90.67% and 9.33% stake in the company respectively.

ICICI Bank has reported 17.95% rise in its net profit at Rs 12,629.58 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 10,707.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 13.98% at Rs 49,690.87 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 43,597.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the bank has reported 15.69% rise in its net profit at Rs 13,502.22 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11,671.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 18.70% at Rs 79,747.77 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 67,181.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the bank has reported 15.50% rise in its net profit at Rs 47,226.99 crore as compared to Rs 40,888.27 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 15.63% at Rs 1,91,770.48 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,65,848.71 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported 15.30% rise in its net profit at Rs 51,029.20 crore as compared to Rs 44,256.37 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 24.81% at Rs 2,94,586.94 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2,36,037.72 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
