HUL surges despite weakness over Dalal Street

Hindustan Unilever is currently trading at Rs. 2389.45, up by 20.55 points or 0.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 2368.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2358.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2408.00 and Rs. 2358.55 respectively. So far 58370 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3034.50 on 23-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2170.25 on 16-Apr-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2408.00 and Rs. 2255.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 562186.70 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.13% and 11.96% respectively.
Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has reported 19.13% rise in its net profit at Rs 3001 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 2519 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased marginally by 1.60% at Rs 15720 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 15473 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 19.17% rise in its net profit at Rs 2989 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, as compared to Rs 2508 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased marginally by 1.70% at Rs 16050 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 15781 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
