Hubtown rises on receiving OC for Hubtown Seasons - Czarnowo

Hubtown is currently trading at Rs. 183.75, up by 2.00 points or 1.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 181.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 181.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 184.00 and Rs. 180.10 respectively. So far 243 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 342.15 on 30-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 116.60 on 31-May-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 195.95 and Rs. 178.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2464.54 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.99% and 62.92% respectively.
Hubtown has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for the project ‘Hubtown Seasons - Czarnowo’ located at Chembur (E), Mumbai. The project consists of 54,000 square feet of total carpet area (more than 97% sold) and is part of the larger project ‘Hubtown Seasons’. The project was delivered before the committed possession date.
Earlier, two more wings of the same project had already received the OC. Three more of the buildings are under construction in the same project (Hubtown Seasons) and all of which is expected to be completed within FY 2026.
Hubtown is engaged in the development, sale, and lease of commercial, residential, retail, and industrial properties.
