Honasa Consumer jumps on getting nod to acquire 25% share capital of Couch Commerce

Honasa Consumer is currently trading at Rs. 300.60, up by 18.65 points or 6.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 281.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 298.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 308.55 and Rs. 298.00 respectively. So far 125376 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 378.90 on 14-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 190.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 308.55 and Rs. 266.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9173.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.65% and 30.36% respectively.

Honasa Consumer has received approval from board of directors for acquisition of 25% share capital of Couch Commerce which owns brand ‘Fang Oral Care’ by way of subscribing Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares for a consideration of upto Rs 10 crore.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2025 has approved the same. 

Honasa Consumer, doing business as Mamaearth, provides e-commerce services. The company offers baby, skin, body, and hair care products, as well as mosquito protection roll on and creams.
