Hindustan Petroleum Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 273.15, up by 11.10 points or 4.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 262.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 262.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 273.50 and Rs. 260.20 respectively. So far 349459 shares were traded on the counter.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2023 (Q2FY24). 

The company has reported net profit at Rs 5118.16 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to net loss of Rs 2172.14 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 10.04% at Rs 102962.90 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 114452.76 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 5826.96 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 2475.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 10.03% at Rs 103010.71 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 114497.65 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
