HG Infra Engineering gains on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary
H.G. Infra Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 1475.15, up by 8.40 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1466.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1465.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1479.00 and Rs. 1464.00 respectively. So far 420 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1880.00 on 16-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 806.00 on 27-Dec-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1525.00 and Rs. 1460.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9558.97 crore.

HG Infra Engineering has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company namely ‘H.G. Narol Sarkhej Highway’ a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) on October 15, 2024 to undertake the project awarded by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH). The project is for ‘Up-gradation of existing 6 Lane road including elevated corridor as per site requirements from km 0/00 to km 10/170 of NH 47 (Narol Junction to Sarkhej Junction) in the State of Gujrat on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The project cost is Rs 781.11 crore and the construction period is 2.5 years.
