Hazoor Multi Projects shines on acquiring 46.75% equity shares in Karmvir Intelligent Infra

Hazoor Multi Projects is currently trading at Rs. 379.65, up by 14.05 points or 3.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 365.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 383.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 383.85 and Rs. 375.20 respectively. So far 103669 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 454.00 on 23-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.00 on 31-Jul-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 383.85 and Rs. 340.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 711.55 crore.

Hazoor Multi Projects has acquired 46.75% equity shares of Karmvir Intelligent Infra, a company incorporated on August 09, 2010 under the Companies Act, 1956 by way of Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), and for cash consideration of Rs 93,500. 

Hazoor Multi Projects is engaged in executing and developing elite schemes including a multistorey residencial tower in Pune. It is also developing a luxurious, exclusive bunglow scheame near Amby valley at Lonavala.
