Gujarat Themis Biosyn gains on raising Rs 585 crore through NCDs
Gujarat Themis Biosyn is currently trading at Rs. 417.05, up by 4.70 points or 1.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 412.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 413.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 420.00 and Rs. 408.80 respectively. So far 8884 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 479.45 on 27-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 225.75 on 30-Mar-2026.

Gujarat Themis Biosyn has raised Rs 585 crore through the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The company is utilizing the NCDs proceeds inter alia for investing in its wholly subsidiary in Japan to finance the acquisition of MicroBiopharm Japan Co., and general corporate purpose. The Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2026, has allotted the same.
