Greaves Cotton is currently trading at Rs. 136.55, up by 4.45 points or 3.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 132.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 133.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 137.25 and Rs. 131.85 respectively. So far 246329 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 164.80 on 12-May-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 118.70 on 14-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 138.00 and Rs. 130.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3163.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.00% and 36.00% respectively.

This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in GEMPL's EV journey, expanding its reach beyond India's borders and addressing the evolving demands of the Nepalese market. The Kedia Organisation will be the exclusive authorised distributor for Ampere Electric two-wheelers' sales, marketing, distribution, and after-sales support in Nepal.
