GR Infraprojects surges on entering into share purchase agreement with RECPDCL

GR Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 1212.20, up by 21.65 points or 1.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 1190.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1190.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1214.70 and Rs. 1190.00 respectively. So far 930 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1381.60 on 07-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 930.00 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1319.00 and Rs. 1170.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11698.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 79.74%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.44% and 3.82% respectively.

GR Infraprojects has entered into Share Purchase agreement with REC Power Development and Consultancy (RECPDCL) for acquisition of Pochora Power Transmission, wholly owned subsidiary of RECPDCL. After this acquisition, Pachora Power Transmission has become wholly owned subsidiary company of G R Infraprojects. The equity shares of Pachora Power Transmission have been acquired at total consideration of Rs 6.55 crore. 

GR Infraprojects is an integrated road EPC company with experience in design and construction of various road/highway projects across many States in India.
