FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per September 25 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12513.71 crore against gross selling of Rs 14381.56 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1867.85 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3422.01 crore with gross sales of Rs 5261.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1839.91 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 176.80 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 490.59 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1172.52 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 20.33 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5.17 crore in hybrid segment.
