FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per November 21 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15254.77 crore against gross selling of Rs 14804.94 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 449.83 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1965.14 crore with gross sales of Rs 2029.86 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 64.72 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 73.15 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 410.05 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 272.18 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 194.34 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.62 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 181.72 crore in hybrid segment.
