Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals rises on bagging order worth Rs 49 crore from MSEDCL

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals is currently trading at Rs. 324.05, up by 5.45 points or 1.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 318.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 319.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 324.35 and Rs. 319.50 respectively. So far 10307 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 483.65 on 02-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 303.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 324.35 and Rs. 314.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20712.75 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 88.13% and 11.87% stake respectively in the company. 

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has received a Letter of Empanelment worth around Rs 49 crore (exclusive of GST) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL). The order is for design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of Off-grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping System (SPWPS) of 3 HP, 5 HP, & 7.5 HP capacity at identified farmer’s site in District of Maharashtra, including complete system warranty, its repair and maintenance and Remote Monitoring System (RMS) for 5 years under ‘Mangel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana/ PM Kusum Scheme B scheme’. The order is to be executed within 60 days from the issuance of work order.
