FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per November 18 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16684.96 crore against gross selling of Rs 13017.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3667.00 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1679.21 crore with gross sales of Rs 2505.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 825.99 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 40.46 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 236.20 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1021.73 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 32.93 crore against gross selling of Rs 44.82 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 11.89 crore in hybrid segment.
