FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per November 12 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17469.54 crore against gross selling of Rs 15288.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2181.36 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3320.53 crore with gross sales of Rs 1799.33 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1521.20 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 265.21 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 223.20 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1032.79 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 24.47 crore against gross selling of Rs 36.55 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 12.08 crore in hybrid segment.
