FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per June 11 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13889.79 crore against gross selling of Rs 11021.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2867.87 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1542.18 crore with gross sales of Rs 1689.79 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 147.61 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11.82 crore against gross selling of Rs 4.79 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 7.03 crore in hybrid segment.
