Centum Electronics rise on the BSE

Centum Electronics through its wholly owned subsidiary -- Centum Electronics UK is all set to invest further up to 2 million Euro in its step-down subsidiary -- Centum T&S Group SA. The investment is being made to support the step-down subsidiary’s financial operations, facilitate growth and improve its financial stability, allowing it to meet its short term and long-term financial requirements. The investment will be made in one or more tranches by end of March, 2025. The investment is subject to necessary approvals.
