Centum Electronics gains on signing MoU with GRSE
Centum Electronics is currently trading at Rs. 2616.75, up by 25.70 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 2591.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2684.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2684.95 and Rs. 2598.45 respectively. So far 274 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3045.95 on 05-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1140.15 on 04-Mar-2025.

Centum Electronics has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE), a premier Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. This collaboration establishes a framework for joint R&D and co-development of next-generation Advanced Naval Navigation Systems. The partnership will leverage Centum’s established competencies in high-reliability electronics, system integration, and advanced manufacturing together with GRSE’s proven shipbuilding and platform integration capabilities.
The scope of the MoU includes design and development, manufacture of subassemblies and components, system integration, testing, and onboard trials, as well as support for modernisation and upgradation of existing naval systems. The initiative aligns with Centum’s strategic vision to move up the technology value chain and deliver complete system-level solutions while supporting the national objective of self-reliance under ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’.
