Carysil trades higher on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary in Turkey

Carysil is currently trading at Rs. 685.30, up by 7.55 points or 1.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 677.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 686.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 689.80 and Rs. 679.55 respectively. So far 6061 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 739.85 on 17-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 431.35 on 18-Jan-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 718.00 and Rs. 625.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1843.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.64% and 48.52% respectively.

Carysil has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company in Turkey namely ‘Carysil Ankastre Sistemleri Ticaret Sirketi. The Company incorporated to cater to Turkish market for sale of Quartz Sinks, Faucets, Stainless Sinks and Built in kitchen appliances and other products.

The Company incorporated with 100% subscription to the paid up share capital in cash. The Company is yet to commence its business operations.

Carysil is a leading manufacturer of composite quartz and granite kitchen sinks in India. The company exports granite sinks to more than 20 countries worldwide.
