Brigade Enterprises surges on inking joint development agreement with Agni Estates & Foundations
Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 993.65, up by 10.35 points or 1.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 983.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 975.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 999.00 and Rs. 975.15 respectively. So far 6971 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1107.65 on 07-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 480.65 on 17-Apr-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1016.95 and Rs. 969.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22964.38 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.74% and 17.51% respectively.
Brigade Enterprises has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Agni Estates & Foundations to develop Brigade Tech Boulevard, a ‘Grade A’ office space on Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road, in Chennai. With an investment of around Rs 400 crore, the project will have a leasable area of 8.36 lakh sft. spread across two towers.
This will be the next commercial launch by Brigade Group after the successful completion of the landmark ‘World Trade Center’ on OMR.
Brigade Enterprises is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
