Lemon Tree Hotels gains on signing new property in Nashik

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs 138.75, up by 0.60 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs 138.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 139.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs 139.90 and Rs 138.65 respectively. So far 25870 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 162.25 on 02-Jan-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 140.30 and Rs 132.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 11012.23 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.59% and 36.92% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property -- Lemon Tree Suites, Nashik. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Suites, Nashik will feature 135 well-appointed suites, a restaurant, a lounge, a banquet, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa and other public areas. The Nashik International Airport, is around 27 kms away from the property while the Nashik Railway Station is about 12 kms away. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
