BLS International Services rises on winning contract from Slovak Republic

The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 325.05, up by 0.45 points or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 324.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 322.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 325.75 and Rs. 319.00 respectively. So far 104078 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 522.30 on 03-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 277.00 on 13-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 343.10 and Rs. 311.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13346.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.39%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.72% and 19.89% respectively.

BLS International Services has won a five-year contract from the Slovak Republic to establish and operate visa application centres in over 80 countries. Under the terms of the agreement, BLS International will be responsible for establishing and managing Visa Application Centres (VACs) across South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and other regions.
