Bharti Airtel inches up on securing CCI`s nod to raise stake in Indus Towers
Bharti Airtel is currently trading at Rs. 1692.80, up by 1.05 points or 0.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 1691.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1688.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1701.25 and Rs. 1682.00 respectively. So far 44589 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1778.95 on 26-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 896.00 on 01-Nov-2023.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved an increase in the percentage shareholding of Bharti Airtel in Indus Towers to 50.005% pursuant to buy back of shares by Indus Towers. Indus Towers is a passive telecom infrastructure provider. It deploys, owns, and manages passive telecom infrastructure for various mobile operators.
