Bharat Electronics gains on reports 18% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Bharat Electronics is currently trading at Rs. 367.10, up by 3.55 points or 0.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 363.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 369.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 369.80 and Rs. 358.70 respectively. So far 2260472 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 373.50 on 19-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 230.00 on 05-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 373.50 and Rs. 334.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 266697.28 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.43% and 10.43% respectively.
Bharat Electronics has reported 18.01% rise in its net profit at Rs 2104.78 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1783.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 6.46% at Rs 9313.89 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 8749.06 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 18.39% rise in its net profit at Rs 2127.02 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1796.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 6.31% at Rs 9344.23 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 8789.51 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 31.55% rise in its net profit at Rs 5288.25 crore as compared to Rs 4020.00 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 16.73% at Rs 24425.60 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 20925.23 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 33.56% rise in its net profit at Rs 5322.68 crore as compared to Rs 3985.24 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 17.06% at Rs 24511.11 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 20938.38 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
