Belrise Industries trades higher on entering into agreement with Plasan SASA
Belrise Industries is currently trading at Rs. 171.75, up by 13.10 points or 8.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 158.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 161.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 179.95 and Rs. 161.20 respectively. So far 5349704 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 179.95 on 23-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 89.20 on 02-Jun-2025.

Belrise Industries has entered into an exclusive Teaming and Strategic Agreement with Plasan SASA, Israel, a Company incorporated in Israel having registered office at Kibbutz Sasa, Israel for technical and business cooperation. The agreement has been entered into for a period of 3 years, subject to annual performance evaluation based on mutually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The agreement sets out a framework for cooperation and exclusivity in jointly identifying, pursuing, and executing business opportunities, including tenders floated by the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), paramilitary forces, and/or any other relevant governmental authorities. The parties shall jointly collaborate on technical development, processes, and capability building, with the objective of enabling the company to emerge as a prime source of sub-systems and systems for the global supply chain of Plasan.
The collaboration also aims to establish and strengthen Plasan’s footprint in India, including joint participation in opportunities relating to the ATEMM platform, subject to applicable laws and contractual terms.
