Bartronics India touches the roof on securing nod to ink MoU with PTW Group

Bartronics India is currently trading at its upper limit of Rs. 24.62, up by 1.17 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 23.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 24.41 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 24.62 and Rs. 22.56 respectively. So far 271876 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 28.67 on 14-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.65 on 16-Aug-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 24.62 and Rs. 18.06 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 749.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 85.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.23% and 14.21% respectively.

Bartronics India’s Board has approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PTW Group. The purpose of this MoU is to outline the intent of the Parties to collaborate for having semiconductor production facility, equipment, refurbishment centre and training centre in India.

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 08, 2025 has considered and approved the same. 

Bartronics India (BIL) is a provider of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions. Incorporated in 1990, the company is engaged in providing solutions in bar coding, AIDC technologies, RFID, POS and smart cards.
