Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces resignation of Independent Director
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.
Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that Sharada Sunder, Independent Director on the Board of Baroda BNP Paribas Trustee India has resigned from her directorship with effect from September 13, 2023. Accordingly, all references of Sharada Sunder shall stands deleted from the SAI of the Fund.
This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund and the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions, as mentioned in the SAI remain unchanged.
