Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces changes in risk-o-meter of schemes
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund (MF). In terms of provisions of SEBI Master Circular no. HO/24/13/11(1)2026-IMD-POD-1/I/7602/2026 dated March 20, 2026, the Risk-o-meter for two mutual fund schemes is revised.
The Risk-o-meter of Baroda BNP Paribas Multi Asset Active FOF has been revised from existing ‘High’ to ‘Moderately High’. Also, the Risk-o-meter of Baroda BNP Paribas Short Duration Fund has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’.
The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s monthly portfolio as on March 31, 2026. This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID & KIM of the scheme read with the addendum issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions mentioned in SID & KIM shall remain unchanged.
