Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Notice is hereby given that, changes in Key Personnel of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC will be effective as under: 

Hemen Bhatia is appointed as Head - Passives with effect from Tuesday, June 23, 2026; Parag Murudkar is appointed as Head - Marketing with effect from Wednesday, July 1, 2026; Nikesh Gupta is appointed as Chief Operations Officer with effect from Saturday, August 1, 2026; Ranabir Bose - Head - Marketing will cease to be Key Personnel with effect from close of business hours of June 30, 2026 pursuant to his transition to a leadership role within Aditya Birla Capital; and Keerti Gupta -Chief Operations Officer will cease to be Key Personnel with effect from close of business hours of July 31, 2026 pursuant to her transition to a leadership role within Aditya Birla Capital.
