Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces Change in Risk-o-meter of schemes
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.
In terms of provisions of SEBI Master Circular no SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD1/ P/CIR/2024/90 dated June 27, 2024, Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that the Risk-o-meter of Baroda BNP Paribas Health and Wellness Fund has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Very High’, Risk-o-meter of Baroda BNP Paribas Money Market Fund has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’ and Risk-o-meter of Baroda BNP Paribas Low Duration Fund has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’.
This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID & KIM of the schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the SID & KIM remain unchanged.
