Barbeque-Nation Hospitality is currently trading at Rs. 300.10, up by 5.80 points or 1.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 294.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 291.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 301.65 and Rs. 291.40 respectively. So far 1925 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 704.50 on 14-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 291.00 on 04-Feb-2025.

Consequent to the aforesaid subscription, Barbeque Nation Saudi Arabia has become a Step-Down Subsidiary (SDS) of the Company.
In order to explore the business opportunities in Saudi Arabia, Barbeque Nation MENA Holding, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company domiciled in Dubai, has subscribed to the Constitution of Barbeque Nation Saudi Arabia, a limited liability company which is in the process of incorporation/registration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The business proposed to be carried by Barbeque Nation Saudi Arabia is in line with the business of the Company.
