Bandhan Mutual Fund files offer document for US Treasury Bond 3-7 year Fund of Fund
Bandhan Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended fund of funds named ‘Bandhan US Treasury Bond 3-7 year Fund of Fund ‘. The New Fund Offer price for Rs 10. Entry load will be nil and exit load will be 0.10% of applicable NAV -if the units are redeemed/switched out within seven days from the date of allotment; and Nil -if the units are redeemed / switched-out after seven days from the date of allotment. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and minimum target subscription amount for the Scheme to be raised is Rs 10 crore.
The performance of the scheme is benchmarked by ICE U.S. Treasury 3-7 Year Bond Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 1000 and any amount thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation by investing in units/shares of overseas Mutual Fund Scheme (/s) / Exchange Traded Fund (/s) investing in US treasury securities in the 3-7 year maturity range.
