Bandhan Mutual Fund files offer document for Arudha Hybrid Long-Short Fund

Bandhan Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an interval investment strategy named ‘Arudha Hybrid Long-Short Fund’. The New Fund Offer price for units would be Rs 10 each during the New Fund Offer Period. Entry load and Exit load will be nil. The Scheme offers Growth and IDCW option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.

The performance will be benchmarked against CRISIL Hybrid 85+15 Conservative Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 10,00,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate optimal returns by investing predominantly in equity and debt securities, including limited short exposure in equity and debt through derivatives.
