Bajaj Housing Finance moves up on raising Rs 1500.45 crore through NCDs

Bajaj Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 138.75, up by 0.50 points or 0.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 138.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 138.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 140.95 and Rs. 135.80 respectively. So far 1637493 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 188.45 on 18-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 129.85 on 08-Oct-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 151.00 and Rs. 135.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 115761.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 100.00%.

Bajaj Housing Finance has raised Rs 1500.45 crore through the allotment of 1,50,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), at face value of Rs 1,00,000 each having Issue Price of Rs 1,00,030 (including premium per NCD of Rs 30) on private placement basis. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on October 17, 2024, allotted the same.
