FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per April 25 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17197.50 crore against gross selling of Rs 12970.31 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 4227.19 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 848.76 crore with gross sales of Rs 4048.49 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3199.73 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 31.88 crore against gross selling of Rs 20.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 11.73 crore in hybrid segment.
