Baid Finserv trades higher on getting nod to raise up to Rs 250 crore via NCDs

Baid Finserv is currently trading at Rs. 39.00, up by 0.11 points or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 38.89 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 38.94 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 39.84 and Rs. 38.25 respectively. So far 314949 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 48.51 on 28-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.00 on 19-Oct-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 39.84 and Rs. 36.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 463.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.80%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.09% and 65.10% respectively.

Baid Finserv has received approval for the proposal of issuance of Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the Company for an amount not exceeding Rs 250 crore on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board from time to time. The Members in the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 07, 2023 has approved the same.
