Ashima gains on raising Rs 70 crore through NCDs

Ashima is currently trading at Rs. 26.73, up by 0.51 points or 1.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 26.22 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 26.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 26.73 and Rs. 25.06 respectively. So far 13549 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 45.91 on 08-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.01 on 28-Mar-2025.

Ashima has raised Rs 70 crore through the allotment of 7000 Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Rupee Denominated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 on Private Placement basis. The Sub Committee of Directors (Committee) of the Company has, at its meeting held on July 31, 2025, approved allotment of the same.
