Arisinfra Solutions shines as its arm bags service order from O2 Spaces

Arisinfra Solutions’ subsidiary -- ArisUnitern RE Solutions (Unitern) has secured service order from O2 Spaces, a partnership firm forming part of the Vaishnavi Residences Group, for providing DaaS services for ‘Morning Mist’, a residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, having an estimated GDV of Rs 280 crore. The engagement commences from September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months, extendable by mutual consent. The engagement also provides an estimated material supply opportunity of over Rs 100 crore for the company.
Under the engagement, Unitern will act as the project's exclusive DaaS Partner, with responsibilities spanning the entire value chain of the project including, design, project and construction coordination, branding, sales and marketing execution, CRM and collections, day to day operations management, channel partner management, and investor/lender coordination delivered through Unitern's DaaS platform built around its Money, Material and Management framework.
