Arihant Superstructures jumps on acquiring 11 acres land adjoining to world villas at Karjat
Arihant Superstructures is currently trading at Rs. 452.35, up by 9.80 points or 2.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 442.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 451.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 463.90 and Rs. 446.15 respectively. So far 4750 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 476.25 on 13-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 254.90 on 01-Jan-2024.

Arihant Superstructures has acquired additional 11 acres of land adjoining to ‘World Villas’ located Off Old-Mumbai-Pune Highway, Opposite to ND Film Studios at Chowk-Karjat Road. The Property would be used for expanding the existing Layout of the Residential part of the project by adding more villas. This acquisition would expand the Development to 88 acres at a location which falls under the Navi Mumbai Airport region of ‘Mumbai 3.0’ and is a 30-minute drive from the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport & MTHL Sea Link which connects to South Mumbai.
