Ampvolts touches roof on inking MoU with Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility

AMPVOLTS is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 49.78, up by 2.37 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 47.41 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 49.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 49.78 and Rs. 49.70 respectively. So far 20312 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 60.29 on 28-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 33.09 on 01-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 49.78 and Rs. 39.72 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 129.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.30%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.05% and 45.65% respectively.

Ampvolts has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility. This strategic collaboration aims to advance green mobility solutions by leveraging the synergies of both organizations to develop robust EV charging infrastructure in India and globally.

As part of the agreement, Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility will play a pivotal role in identifying strategic locations for setting up EV charging stations and serving as the front-end partner for key projects. Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility will also ensure the provision of necessary resources, including financial support, to bolster the development of a comprehensive EV ecosystem.

The company will complement this partnership by supplying state-of-the-art electric vehicle charging equipment, including chargers and associated hardware, to Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility. They will also provide customized CMS software solutions to facilitate payment gateways and online monitoring systems. The company will also extend its Battery as a Service (BaaS) offerings to the Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility’s B2B clients, delivering innovative and comprehensive solutions to enhance business operations.
