Ami Organics moves up on inking definitive agreement with Fermion
AMI Organics is currently trading at Rs. 1155.00, up by 17.00 points or 1.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 1138.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1143.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1170.00 and Rs. 1143.05 respectively. So far 3658 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1387.50 on 24-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 844.95 on 01-Feb-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1170.00 and Rs. 1079.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4270.95 crore.

Ami Organics has signed definitive agreement with Fermion, a fully owned subsidiary of Orion Corporation, Finland. As part of the agreement, the company will manufacture couple of additional advanced pharmaceutical intermediates for Fermion. The two additional advanced pharmaceutical intermediates signed will be used in captive consumption for the manufacture of earlier advanced pharmaceutical intermediates signed with Fermion.
This agreement will lead to value addition to the final advanced intermediates which will be supplied by Ami Organics to Fermion, leading to higher value of end product. This will also help company become leading supplier of Fermion, supplying key advanced intermediates. The products are slated to be manufactured at the Ankleshwar Facility and are expected to start contributing meaningfully to the revenue from FY25.
