Allcargo Logistics inches up as its arm acquires additional 10% stake in Ecu Worldwide (Japan)

Allcargo Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 30.10, up by 0.02 points or 0.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 30.08 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 29.83 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 30.55 and Rs. 29.68 respectively. So far 144200 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 78.91 on 03-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.46 on 28-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 31.05 and Rs. 28.46 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2958.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.15% and 23.57% respectively.

Allcargo Logistics’ Wholly owned subsidiary -- Ecuhold N.V. has acquired additional 10% stake in Ecu Worldwide (Japan), effective from March 31, 2025. Pursuant to the acquisition, Ecuhold N.V. now holds 100% stake in Ecu Worldwide (Japan). The cost of acquisition of further 10% stake is $220,000. With this acquisition, the company aims to expand its FCL and LCL business in a key market through a strategic partnership with a capable and synergistic partner.
