Alfa Transformers touches roof on getting order worth Rs 48.73 lakh

Alfa Transformers is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 121.40, up by 2.35 points or 1.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 119.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 121.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 121.40 and Rs. 121.40 respectively. So far 10531 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 121.40 on 07-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.45 on 13-Feb-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 121.40 and Rs. 112.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 111.09 crore.

Alfa Transformers has received a purchase order worth of Rs 48.73 lakh from GVPR Engineers. The order is for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of 11KV, 33KV LVRT, 2000 KVA and 1.5 MVA Transformers from Bhubaneswar plant. Earlier, the company’s Vadodara plant had received a purchase order worth Rs 1.09 crore from Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution (TPSODL).

Alfa Transformers is engaged in the production of Electrical Distribution & Power Transformers. The company is a major supplier to utilities, multinationals and domestic corporate.
