Advait Energy Transitions gains on getting nod for incorporation of WOS

Advait Energy Transitions is currently trading at Rs 1505.30, up by 7.25 points or 0.48% from its previous closing of Rs 1498.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 1480.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1567.00 and Rs 1475.00 respectively. So far 13647 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 2260.00 on 19-Jul-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 1020.00 on 17-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1674.95 and Rs 1410 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1626.98 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.31% and 30.23% respectively.
Advait Energy Transitions has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of ‘Advaiteco Technologies’ at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The wholly owned subsidiary belongs to business of trading of fuel cell technology from Green Hydrogen.
