Aditya Birla SL AMC announces press release on delay in NAV
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has informed unit-holders of Aditya Birla Sun Life Multi-Asset Omni FOF (An open ended fund of fund scheme investing in equity-oriented schemes, debt-oriented schemes (including ETFs and Index Funds) and Commodities based schemes) and Aditya Birla Sun Life Digital India Fund (An open ended equity scheme investing in the Technology, Telecom, Media, Entertainment and other related ancillary sectors) (‘the Schemes’) that the NAV of all plans/ options of the Schemes for December 22, 2025 was uploaded on AMFI and AMC website at 11:55:06 am and 11:53 am respectively on December 23, 2025. The delay was on account of late receipt of price of underlying scheme. This press release is issued in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 and guidelines issued there under from time to time.
