Aditya Birla SL AMC announces change in name of schemes
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced Notice-cum-Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Notice is given that, in accordance with SEBI Letter no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-RAC-1/P/OW/2025/4102/1 dated February 6, 2025 on Framework for launching of Fund of Fund (FOF) schemes with multiple underlying funds read with revised Framework dated June 30, 2025, the name of the following Schemes will be revised with effect from December 29, 2025 (the Effective Date): Aditya Birla Sun Life US Treasury 1-3 Year Bond ETFs Fund of Funds will be revised as Aditya Birla Sun Life US Treasury 1-3 Year Bonds ETFs Passive FOF; while Aditya Birla Sun Life US Treasury 3-10 Year Bond ETFs Fund of Funds will be revised as Aditya Birla Sun Life US Treasury 3-10 Year Bonds ETFs Passive FOF.
In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in the SID and KIM of the Schemes. All other features and terms & conditions of SID and KIM of the Schemes shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID and KIM read with the addenda issued thereunder.
