Aditya Birla SL AMC announces cessation of key personnel

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Deepak Yadav will cease to be the Key Personnel of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC with effect from the close of business hours of Friday, April 17, 2026.

In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in the SAI. All other features and terms & conditions of SAI shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SAI read with the addenda issued thereunder.
