Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.

Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that, Paresh Jain has been appointed as Key Personnel of the AMC, with effect from June 18, 2026. Accordingly, the following details pertaining to Paresh Jain shall be incorporated under Section II- ‘Information on Key Personnel’ in the SAI of the Fund.

Paresh Jain (45), has done Postgraduate Programme in Management from International Management Institute, New Delhi and B.Sc. in Statistics from University of Delhi. Jain has over 22 years of experience. In this previous stint, he worked with Bajaj Life Insurance for 9 years as Fund Manager wherein he managed various equity schemes during his tenure. He additionally held the position of Head of Research for period of around 4 years. Prior to Bajaj Life Insurance, he worked with Max Life Insurance and Angel Broking.

Accordingly, the SAI of the Fund stands amended to reflect the change as stated above.
